Democrats to host candidates

Lisa Brown and Matthew Sutherland, candidates in the 5th Congressional District, will be at an evening reception hosted by the Whitman County Democratic Central Committee Sunday, Nov. 12, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Banyans on the Ridge in Pullman.
