Entomology road show makes stops at St. John, Endicott

Wednesday, Sept. 28, Extension Agent Steve VanVleet will bring insects he collected on his travels to South America and Afghanistan to the St. John Library at 12:20 p.m. and the Endicott Library at 2:30 p.m.

After the children’s programs, VanVleet will return to St. John from 4:30 to 6 p.m. for an open program to help residents control weeds and insects before gardens are put to bed for the winter. Residents can bring in samples or pictures to help with identification. He will also have his collection of insects of the world on display....
