Boating course slated next week at Pullman

Whitman County Sheriff’s Office will offer a free boater education course, mandatory for Washington boaters, July 13-14, at the Pioneer Center, 240 SE Dexter, Pullman, from 6 to 9:30 p.m. each night. This seven-hour course will provide boaters the basics of safe boating that all recreational boaters should know. This course was developed specifically for the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and is taught by Deputy John Giudice.
