The Whitman County Auditor is seeking applicants to contract for the operation of a vehicle/vessel license sub-agency business in the Pullman area.

Applicants are required to submit a written business proposal addressing specific subject areas, and agree to a background check.

Your proposal will be part of a competitive replacement process.

A lawsuit has been started against you in the above-entitled Court by Tekoa MEDICAL FOUNDATION, INC., a Washington Corporation (hereinafter “Plaintiff”).

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 12th day of May, 2016, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court, and Answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, and serve a copy of your Answer upon the undersigned attorney for Plaintiff at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said Court.

This lawsuit is to quiet title to real property commonly known as “330 North Madison Street, Tekoa, Washington” and “540 North Madison Street, Tekoa, Washington” located in Whitman County, Washington. The full legal description of this property is as follows:

THE WEST 56.6 FEET OF BLOCK 23 AND ALL OF BLOCKS 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 41, AND 42, WESTACOTT ADDITION TO Tekoa, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN VOLUME F OF PLATS, PAGE 34, RECORDS OF Whitman County, WASHINGTON.

EXCEPT THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES BY DEED RECORDED UNDER AUDITOR’S FILE NO. 253975.

The Oakesdale School District No. 324, Whitman County, Washington, has completed preparation of a budget for fiscal year 2016-2017. The completed budget is on file in the school district administration office located at First and McCoy, Oakesdale, WA. A copy of the budget will be furnished to any person at the above address.
