Local students complete Gonzaga degrees

Area students who received degrees from Gonzaga University at the end of the spring semester included Kara Foreyt of Colfax, bachelor of science in nursing; Mason Van Lith of St. John, bachelor of science in mechanical engineering; Maria Haxton of Tekoa, bachelor of arts in psychology with a minor in religious studies; and Alyson Mahoe of Tekoa, bachelor of arts in political science. The commencement ceremony was May 11 in Spokane's Veterans' Memorial Arena.
