Two spring bridal showers held at Hooper Store

The Hooper store has been the site of two bridal showers over the past two weeks.

Women of the Hooper community Sunday hosted a bridal shower for Abby Cohen of Cheney, bride-elect of Corbin Harder, son of Kurt and Tabitha Harder. Attending with Abby were her mother Allison, sister Isabella, and grandmother, Jean Reeder, all of Richland, as well as Corbin's grandmother Althea Heaton, also of Richland. Also in attendance were many current and former Hooper community members including Sara Goude of Washtucna and Linda McGregor of Pullman.

Carla Danielson hosted a bridal shower April 11 for her daughter, Megan Mock, bride-elect of Ryan Belfore, both of Phoenix, Ariz. Traveling from Phoenix with Megan were Cecilia Ryan, Ellen Manos and Mikelle Belfore. All spent the weekend with Keith and Carla Danielson, along with Thaedra Thulbery of Seattle. Friends and family traveled from all over to celebrate with Megan, including Carlene Pawlik of Pomeroy and Erin, Ali, Jill and Kate Mock of Gig Harbor.
