Athenaeum aids Codger pole fund

Members of Colfax Athenaeum Club last week presented a $100 donation to the fund to help preserve the Codger Pole. The sum, which was collected by Hal Lyons, a member of the Colfax Codger Bowl team who resides in La Quinta, Calif., was given to Millie Heilsberg who has kept a local fund for the Codger Pole. Athenaeum members have urged the city to include the Codger Pole in the list of projects which was introduced at the May 20 city council session. The proj...
