Easter musical at Onecho Bible Church

Onecho Bible Church will perform a musical drama, “The Borrowed Tomb,” Easter weekend.

Created by Steve Moore and David T. Clydesdale, the musical features strong selections with rich orchestration and tells the story of Christ’s death and resurrection from the perspective of two members of the Sanhedrin, Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea.

The audience will witness their struggle of faith and belief as they interact with each other.

Gary Largent will portray Nicodemus, and Greg Nolan plays Joseph of Arimathea.

Debbie Largent and Brent Gingerich will portray Mary Magdalene and Jesus.

A fifth cast member, Lindsay Webber, who will come from Baylor University where she is studying vocal performance, will perform the role of storyteller/narrator.

She prepared for the role while here last summer.

Performances are scheduled for Good Friday, April 3, at 7 p.m.

and Easter Sunday, April 5, at 10:45 a.m.

at Onecho Bible Church.

All are welcome to attend.
