Pictures with Santa will be offered Saturday, Dec. 6, when the jolly old elf makes his appearance at the Gathering Place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. His visit is sponsored by the LaCrosse Business Association. Activities will also be provided at the library.

The annual Giving Tree, again sponsored by LaCrosse Community Outreach, is being hosted by Jasper Trucking this year. The tags are on and available for pick up.

Wrapped gifts need to be returned with gift tags to Jasper Trucking on or before Wednesday, Dec. 17, before the close of business.

The pictures will be available for pickup at Jasper Trucking Monday, Dec. 8.

The “Community Conversation” meeting was Wednesday, Dec. 3, 7 p.m. at the Gathering Place. Sponsored by LaCrosse Community Pride. All subcommittees reported on progress. Community input was needed to keep us moving forward.
