Moser wins Colton-Uniontown DYW

Zoe Moser, Mary Ann Jacobs, Mackenzie Kimberling and Leah Bennett competed for the Distinguished Young Woman of Colton-Uniontown award Nov. 22. At the end of the “Welcome to Paris” themed program, Moser was awarded the medal and a $500 scholarship. She will compete at the state level. First alternate Jacobs received a $200 scholarship, and Mackenzie Kimberling was presented the “Spirit Award,” with a $100 scholarship. Emcee and Colton DYW Grace Druffel hosted the evening. Rising Stars Dance Studio and local residents supported the program.
