T-R gets NE playoff ticket

Tekoa/Rosalia Timberwolves finished their first run in the NE league with a three-game win Tuesday at Springdale. Line score for the win was 25-22 25-16 and 25-21.

The win advance the Timberwolves to the NE playoffs at St. Georges as the number with team with a 2-8 record. They will face Colfax in the opener Saturday at 9 a.m.

At Springdale, Sara Frost had six kills for the `hawks, and Olivia Pakootas had five blocks. Kim Groom had four digs.

Saturday, Wilbur/Creston took out the `hawks 25-10 25-15 and 25-13. Frost and Pakootas each had two kills in the match at Rosalia and Frost had five digs.
