Colfax Police and fire units responded at 5:48 p.m. Monday to a report of a collision on Main Street.

According to the Colfax Police Department report, a 2001 Chevrolet K-1 pickup which was being driven by Gerald F. Morris, 74, Colfax, collided with a 2011 Dodge Ram pickup which was parked in front of the Imperial Restaurant.

The Dodge sustained extensive damage to the back section of the cab.

The Dodge was owned by Calvin Tyler of Peck, Idaho. He was dining inside of the Imperial at the time his truck was hit.
