Thank you party brings 50 residents

Endicott

Endicott Community Club hosted a wine tasting and appetizers party Saturday with 50 residents enjoying wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks with an abundance of food for the evening. The party was a thank you to the community for supporting all of the Community Club's activities during the year.

Endicott Bible Church has their schedule for fall ready. Sunday School meeting time will be 11 a.m. for worship. Evening Bible study will be at 6:30 p.m. with prayer time at 6 p.m. The First Sunday of each month is the monthly potluck at 5:30 p.m. with prayer at 5 p.m. Candyland is coming again on Halloween night from 6 to 8 p.m. with snacks, games and prizes.

November will have some new activities: Adult and Children's Sunday School program starts at 9:30 a.m. when breakfast will be served for children with a coffee time for adults. From 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Sunday School lessons will be available for all.

Thanksgiving Dinner will be on Thanksgiving Day in the basement of the Church for all who find themselves alone or in need. Everyone is welcome and may bring a side dish to share.

Trinity Lutheran Church's Elizabeth Circle has changed their meeting dates to the second Monday of the month and this month that date is Oct. 13 at 10 a.m. They will be putting together baby kits to be sent to missions.
