Hoop camp at Colfax brings 33 girls teams

Colfax All American Basketball Camp concluded June 19 after a four-day run at Colfax. The camp brought in a total of 33 girls basketball teams from 19 different schools, according to Colfax Coach Corey Baerlocher.

The camp provides teams with 10 to 12 basketball games over the four days with action taking place in the three gyms in Colfax and the gym at Steptoe.

Baerlocher noted each day starts with a coaches meeting and schedules are adjusted according to changes of lineups.

Games are scheduled for two 20-minute halves.
