Wedding vows at Hay

Lacrosse

The Church at Hay was decorated with baskets of yellow carnations and white irises for the May 23 wedding of Tom Cauley, Sr. and Carol Audet. Tom Cauley Jr. was his father's best man and Carol's attendant was her daughter Kaylynn. The bride was escorted by her son, Troy.

The couple's wedding trip was to the annual family reunion at Riparia.

Forty-four family members gathered at the home of Jeanine Henley in Hay to celebrate the 95th birthday of Frank Henley, former resident of Hay who now resides at Newport. Four generations of Frank's family attended.

A vacation Bible School session entitled Weird Animals will be June 10, 11, 12 at the LaCrosse Methodist Church basement from 9:30 a.m. to noon for preschoolers through sixth graders. For more information contact Pastor John Cross, Roger Downing, Wendy Fleming, Di Brink or Leanne Bafus.

Students in grades 7 through 12 may volunteer as helpers and earn community service hours.
