NOTICE OF CERB (Community Economic Revitalization Board) CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE PARTNER APPLICATION by the Port of Whitman County, 302 N Mill Street, Colfax, WA, 99111.

The Port of Whitman County intends to apply for a CERB loan/grant through the Washington State Department of Commerce.

Said loan, in the amount of $1,700,000 and grant, in the amount of $300,000, will provide funding for the construction of a production facility in the Pullman Industrial Park.

The purpose of the projects is to target job growth and long-term economic prosperity.
