Knauff, Lord take second at state

The Colfax-GP combo returned from the state Mat Classic at Tacoma with two second-place medals and one third. All three medal winners were seniors.

The mat classic included qualifiers from both of the state’s B division with eight qualifiers on the state grid in each class. The huge event featured wrestlers in all weight divisions with an estimated attendance of 26,000 over the two days.
