Eighth graders from 15 schools tour SEL

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc., hosted 59 local eighth grade students representing 15 area schools Feb. 18 for the Getting Ready for Engineering and Technology (GREAT) Day at the company’s headquarters in Pullman.

Among Whitman County schools attending the event were Gar-Pal Middle School, LaCrosse, Steptoe School, Colton, Royal Garrison, Lincoln Middle School, Pullman Christian School and Colfax Junior/High School. Other students were from Moscow, Lewiston, Clarkston and Pomeroy.
