Local horse club 4Hers learn training skills at Hooper

Hooper Crossing and Keith and Carla Danielson hosted the Lacrosse All Purpose 4H club horse members June 13 for a lesson on starting colts. They also learned about the Cowboy Challenge competitions which Keith enters. The group then traveled to meet other area horse trainers as well.

McGregor Land and Livestock hosted an appreciation dinner for employees Friday June 21. A steak dinner was catered and a singing quartet from Pomeroy entertained.
