NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Legislative Authority of Whitman County, Washington will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Commissioners' Chambers, Courthouse, Colfax, Washington, for the purpose of declaring their intention to dispose of surplus County real property, more particularly described as the:

Whitman County Community Education Training Center, located at 123 N Main Street, Colfax, WA 99111.
