Offer parents class

Palouse River Counseling will begin a four-week, Circle of Security, parent enhancement instruction program. Classes will provide education and strategies to increase bonding and attachment with children. The free sessions will run on four Wednesdays beginning Sept. 26 from 1 to 3 p.m. Palouse River Counseling will reimburse for any day care cost for the time that the classes are in session.
