NOTICE OF A DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE (DNS) AND A CONDITIONAL

USE HEARING

The Whitman County Planning Office issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: Shawnee Rock proposes to move a temporary asphalt batch plant to their Shawnee Road quarry for a paving project on SR 195. The parcel is located on the NW corner of Shawnee Road and Albion-Parvin Road in Section 33, Township 16 N., Range 44 E., W.M., Whitman County, Washington.
