Screening set at Palouse

Palouse School will conduct kindergarten and preschool screening and pre-registration Thursday, May 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the elementary school. Children are eligible for preschool if they are three or four years old. To be eligible for kindergarten, a child must be five years of age as of midnight, Aug. 31.

Parents of children up to 2 years 11 months will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Children 3 to 6 years will be given a free screening which takes about 30 minutes and includes vision, hearing, language, motor and a check for general development.
