Ceclia Boland shows quilts

Quilter Celia Boland entertained an enthusiastic crowd with her beautiful quilts, a wide variety of techniques and sense of humor during last Thursday’s Meet the Artist session. Final program of the year will be a community reception featuring this year’s H’Art Of the Palouse street banner artists on Thursday, May 3, at 7 p.m. in the Colfax Library. Everyone is invited to vote for their favorite banner, submit prize donations for the winning banners and join the May 3 celebration.
