Parade, fireworks set Dec. 1 on Mill

Colfax Chamber of Commerce will again sponsor the annual Christmas parade and fireworks show next Thursday, Dec. 1, beginning at 6 p.m. on Mill Street which was recently remodeled with new paving and sidewalks.

People can also meet Santa and enjoy festivities at Whitman County Library that afternoon.

The line-up for the parade will begin at 5:15 behind Rosauer’s. Marcus Holmes, of Inland Northwest Broadcasting will announce the parade again this year.

A fireworks show will start right after the parade from the top of the east hill above the parade.

Parade entrants can register until Nov. 23. To receive an application form email or call the Chamber office.
