Open house today at science center

Palouse Discovery Science Center will host a free open house today, Thursday, from 4 to 7 p.m. to kick off the center’s pledge and membership drive. The open house will also feature “Chocolate Science,” which will include the story of where chocolate comes from, what the differences are between dark and light chocolates, and an experiment that requires chocolate chip sampling.
