World Day of Prayer rite to feature 7 pastors

Seven area pastors will participate in a World Day of Prayer service May 5 at 6 p.m. at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Farmington. Also participating at the service will be the Upper Columbia Academy choir from Spangle, according to Roger Martin, host pastor.

Each visiting pastor will lead a prayer for a specific area of human activity. Prayers will be presented for government, military, media, business, education, church and family.
