Chandlers will mark golden date

A 50th wedding anniversary informal buffet luncheon for Jay and Janet Chandler will be July 24, at 1 p.m. at the Steptoe Grange Hall. Janet Hedrick, and Jay Chandler, both of Colville, were married at Colville Nov. 24, 1960. They have lived in Steptoe most of their married lives. Jay is retired from Washington State University, and Janet worked at Colfax High School. Their two sons, Brad Chandler, Oakesdale, and Brian Chandler, Clarkston, are hosting the event. They are celebrating this summer because they go south for the winter....
