Appel receives Knights’ scholarship

Peter Appel receives the Knights of Columbus, Colfax Council scholarship of $1,000 from Grand Knight Robert Lustig at the council’s 100th anniversary celebration dinner in St. Patrick’s Church Parish Hall May 23. Appel will return to Washington State University this fall for his senior year. He is majoring in ag technology and production management.
