Theater night set at ESJ middle school

The performing arts classes at Endicott-St. John Middle School will put on a pair of plays next Wednesday, May 19.

“How the West Was Really Won” will take the stage in the school gymnasium at 7 p.m. and “Tom Sawyer” will be performed in the multi-purpose room at 8 p.m.

Students have been prepping sets and rehearsing for the plays under direction of teacher Mary Bertrand for the past three months. Each show lasts about an hour.

The performances are open to the public. Admission will be on a donation basis at the door.
