    The newly remodeled Coug Store, Pullman’s student-run WSU fan-inspired retail store, marks its grand reopening today, Aug. 23, at noon. The store, located at 1000 NE Colorado St., has been closed and under construction since last spring. The reopening featured an in-store promotion of 15 percent off purchases.     The Palouse city council approved a $34,000 expenditure Aug. 14 to pay for half of six new air tanks for Whitman County Rural Fire District Four with the district paying for the other half.
