    Summer session for children’s dance at The Center in Colfax will begin Friday, July 10. Rising Stars Dance Studio of Pullman and owner/instructor Keri Oldroyd will run the classes through Tuesday, Aug. 14.     Endicott The July 4th Celebration was a very hot one. The day crowd was smaller than usual, but the evening was a great success. The fireworks were very beautiful thanks to Tony Anderson and his crew. The Fourth was a great time for visiting with family and old friends. The Dunk Tank was the busiest of all the activities.     Gurinder Kaur, 27, Pullman, was placed on one year of community custody and ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $6,500 after she pleaded guilty June 26 to two charges of theft and two counts of identify theft. The one-year of community custody will be under the supervision of the state department of corrections. Kaur pleaded guilty to the four charges May 14.
