Edmund O. Schweitzer, III I’ve read the articles in the papers about the economic activity study performed at the University of Idaho and paid for by the Port of Whitman County Commissioners, and would like to share my perspectives on the role the Port has played in our history. Aside from the changes in distribution and retailing, another dramatic change is expected: The historically high prices for hard liquor in... Full story
