Pullman CC will host service shop

Pullman Chamber of Commerce will host a customer service workshop Feb. 12, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., at the BellTower in Pullman. The cost will be $15 for chamber members.

Tony Rubleski, president of Mind Capture Group, has more than 10 years of experience in the direct selling and advertising fields and has worked with a diverse client list. The session will include key characteristics of today’s customers.
