Friday, Sept. 15

Colfax – 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. – Play and Learn resumes with enjoyment for both the parent and child.

Colfax – 12 to 1 p.m. – Finding I AM – Join Becky Ewing for this six week women's interactive book study and discussion.

Colfax – 4:30 to 7:15 p.m. – Rising Stars Dance - Children’s dance classes are available for ballet, tap, tumble and jazz.

Malden – 6 to 8 p.m. – Teen Night – Food, fun and an interesting technological surprise thanks to Washington State Library.

Saturday, Sept. 16

St. John – 9 a.m. – Book Club – Join the lively discussion of S.M. Hulse’s Black River.

Endicott – 6:30 p.m. – Teen Painting Party – Calling all teens ages 13 and older. Paint a picture and take it home. RSVP to reserve your spot.

Rosalia – 3:30 p.m. – Teen Advisory Council – Would you like to help decide what happens during teen events at the library? Then join the Teen Advisory Council at the Rosalia Library.

St. John – 3:30 p.m. – Crazy 8s Math – Kids grades 3 to 5, sign-up today for math gone wild. Crazy 8s is a fun, frenzied, and FREE after school program which is guaranteed to knock your socks off.

Colfax - 4 p.m. – WCL Trustees Board Meeting – Meetings are open to the public.

St. John – 5:30 p.m. – CyberSecurity – Mike J. McCully (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) will be discussing concerns such as identity theft and web attacks in a presentation focused on security at work and home.

Tuesday, Sept. 19

Palouse – 3:30 p.m. – Crazy 8s Math – Kids grades 3 to 5, sign-up today for math gone wild.

Tekoa – 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. – Ozobots – Learn how to code your own little robot. Sponsored by Washington State Library.

Colfax – 7 p.m. – Ice Age Floods – Learn how the Ice Age changed the course of the Columbia River, incredible coulees, dry falls, scablands and landslides along its path. This is the story of the mighty Columbia and Missoula floods.

Colfax – 7 to 8 p.m. – Keeping Kids Safe Online – Parents, join Whitman County Teen Librarian, Nichole Kopp, at Jennings Elementary Library for an informative presentation and discussion on how to protect children/teens online.

Wednesday, Sept. 20
