Angela Mayer, Corbett wed on Maui

Angela Mayer and Justin Corbett were united in a traditional Hawaiian marriage ceremony June 3 at the Mana Kai Resort in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii.

She is the daughter of Brian and Chris Mayer of Maui, former St. John and Othello residents.

Corbett is the son of Kevin and Peg Corbett and John and Denise Moshovakis, all of Kirkland.

More than 120 guests from all over the United States and England attended.

Special guests were the bride’s great-grandparents, Alva May and Don Jordan of St. John, grandparents Gracie and Larry Miller, also of St. John, and Clara Mae Mayer of Colton, and the groom’s grandparents, Sylvia and Allan Corbett, Alexandria, Va., and Joan and Gerry Burke, Bothell.

Angela graduated from Othello High School in 2000 and from Washington State University in 2004 with a degree in sports management.

She is event promotions manager for Brooks Sports where she has been employed since 2005.

Corbett graduated from Juanita High School in Kirkland in 2000 and studied economics at Arizona State University.

He is the president of Streamable.com, a virtual advertising network facilitator and board member of GotRadio.com.

Following a honeymoon in Kauai, they are making their home in Kirkland.
