Brady Scott Pitts

Feb. 19, 2002 - May 21, 2024

Brady Scott Pitts, age 22, was taken home by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

He was born February 19, 2002, in Spokane Valley, Washington to Verlie and Dawn Pitts. In 2004, Brady became the best big brother to Mason Pitts and led him on a journey of remarkable companionship.

Brady learned to love hard by being blessed in 2009 with a big, blended family where he gained a second mom, Jennifer Pitts, and three siblings: Alaina Dorsey, Olivia Elkins, and Kaiden Bertrand.

Brady always had a strong presence and demonstrated leadership qualities. He was a graduate of St. John-Endicott High School in 2020, where he'd found his love for agriculture, sports, and a huge diverse taste in music that he loved to share with anyone willing to listen. He was often found on the football field, on the basketball court or helping a local farmer driving a grain truck or combine.

After graduating high school Brady worked for Northwest Grain Growers, North 40 Outfitters, local farmers and, most recently, at Spokane Seed. Brady was an active member of the St. John Gun Club and the Laborers Union.

Brady was known for his many qualities. He was a kind soul with a warm, caring spirit who was very polite and respectful of others. His beautiful crooked smile, goofy grin, a huge sense of humor and always knew what to say to keep his family and friends laughing. Brady always had a love for helping people. With his deep empathy, he was always trying to find a way to make you feel better. Brady was a person who you never had to change for because he was always accepting and loving of all people and loved without limits. He wanted to listen and learn about other's lives, experiences, and share insights on life with them. Take long drives, engage in deep conversations and give big, strong hugs.

Brady's beautiful personality shined brightness throughout his entire family, school, community, sports teams, church youth group, and the abundance of friendships and relationships he formed throughout his life.

Brady was a cherished son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Brady is preceded in death by Grandpa Michael McGuire; Great Grandparents Gail and Jean Pitts; and Great Grandparents Phyllis Allan and George W. Hall.
