ROCK LAKE CONSERVATION DISTRICT,

Petitioner.

The State of Washington to the residents of Whitman County residing within the Rock Lake Conservation District’s boundaries,

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to-wit, within sixty (60) days after the 6th day of June, 2024, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court and answer the Petition of the Petitioner and serve a copy of your Answer upon the undersigned attorneys for the Petitioner, at their office below stated; and in the case of your failure to do so, relief requested by the Petitioner will be rendered the Petition in this action which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The object of this action is to provide declaratory and injunctive relief to Petitioner with respect to the 2024 elections for Supervisor that did not occur and allowing a new election to be conducted in its place.
