NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

That the Board of County Commissioners of Whitman County, Washington, will consider the adoption and implementation of the 2021 edition of the International Building Code, as follows, 2021 International Building Code (IBC), Standards and amendments – WAC 51-50; 2021 International Residential Code (IRC), Standards and amendments – WAC 51-51; 2021 International Mechanical Code (IMC), Standards and amendments – WAC 51-52; 2021 International Fire Code (IFC), Standards and amendments – WAC 51-54A; 2021 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), Standards and amendments – WAC 51-56; 2021 Washington State Energy Code, WAC 51-11

THAT A HEARING on said adoption will be held in the office of the Whitman County Commissioners in the Courthouse in Colfax, Washington at 10:20 a.m. Pacific Standard Time on Monday. June 3, 2024.

Handicap access to the Whitman County Courthouse is available at the Mill Street Entrance.
