Thomas Scott Hertwig, 22, residential burglary, harassment threaten to kill. Held without bail through Superior Court.

April 24

Timothy Lynn Mellen, 60, controlled substance knowingly possessing methamphetamine. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Kellen Michael Vorderbrueggen, 24, 2 counts of knowing possessing drugs meth and hydrocodone. Held without bail through District Court.

April 25

Leighanna Dawwn Kennedy, 27, harassment previous conviction or death threat or criminal justice, domestic violence. Held without bail through Superior Court.

April 26

Tiffany Nicole Beutler, 40, DUI. $500 cash only bail through District Court.

Eddie Efrain Cisneros, 20, reckless driving, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle. Good time release date set for May 10, 12:23 a.m.

Trystan Sylvester Gau, 31, driving under the influence. Good time release May 6, 6:45 p.m.

Christopher Matthew Stephens, 45, warrant. Held without bail through 2nd district court Idaho.

Dorcas Waithera Wairera, 21, warrant animal cruelty 1st degree. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Daymn Michael Ward, 4 counts of assault of child 1st degree. Held without bail through Garfield County Superior Court.
