NOTICE OF MITIGATED DETERMINATION OF NONSIGNIFICANCE

NOTICE is hereby given that the city of Pullman has issued a Preliminary Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) pursuant to the rules of the State Environmental Policy Act for a proposal submitted by Tom Stirling for Justin Rogers which involves:

Lot grading for a 0.6-acre residential parcel. The future development will be a parking lot with associated driveway and stairs. The proposal is located at 975 NE ‘B’ Street, Part of Lot 3, McGee Subdivision, within the southeast ¼ of Section 32, Township 15 North, Range 45 East, WM.

The conditions applied to this proposal by means of this MDNS is as follows:

1. The applicant must submit a tree replacement planting plan in accordance to Pullman City Code 17.45.070(2)(b).Those who wish to comment to the city regarding the issuance of the DNS must address their remarks to the Responsible Official, RJ Lott, AICP Director of Community Development, by 5:00 p.m. on March 27, 2024.
