1B boys and girls All-League teams announced

TEKOA - Before the 1B state tournament opening rounds took place, the 1B All-League teams were announced just before the district championship games in Dayton.

On the girls side, 11 players from three teams were recognized, as well as the Oakesdale head coach, Heidi Perry, receiving Coach Of The Year honors.

For the Oakesdale girls, seniors Payton Davis and Samantha Holling, junior Lucy Hockett, sophomore Bradyn Henley and freshman Grace Perry were recognized.

For the Garfield-Palouse Vikings, sophomores Morgan Lentz and Elena Flansburg, and freshman Kyra Brantner were recognized.
