Two charged for burglary, possession

COLFAX — Simeon Lippert, 33, of Missoula Mont., and Cynthia Dvorak, 56, of Colfax, were arrested Friday, Feb. 23, on several allegations, including 1st-degree burglary and possession of methamphetamine.

According to a probable cause report by Whitman County Sheriff Deputy Cory Alcantar, at approximately 5:36 p.m., deputies got a report of trespassing at 801 Garfield-Farmington Road.

According to reports, the property owner, Justine Germen, reported a tall, slender male wearing a baseball cap with a cross-body satchel, later confirmed to be Lippert.
