Feb. 13

Joseph Osias Robinett, 44, Washington Department of Corrections 3rd degree assault warrant. Held without bail through other court.

Feb. 14

Andrew Lee Foster, 38, Department of Corrections hold. Held without bail through other court.

Awadh Sharif Mohamed, 19, DUI. Good time release Feb.16 at 6 p.m.

Feb. 15

Robert Eugene Ladd, warrant DWLS, assault 4th degree, protection order violation. $11,000 bond or $2,000 cash bail through District Court.

Jacqueline Rae New, 44, Possession of a controlled substance warrant Nez perce County. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through other court.

Jon Carl Taylor, 54, Sex offender felon fail to register. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Feb. 16

Casey Michael Smith, 30, 2 counts of knowingly possessing a controlled substance, methamphetamine and fentanyl. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.

KC Scott Becker, 26 Probation violation. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Jessa Maedlynn Patnode, 19, assault 4th degree. Held without bail through Colfax Municipal Court.

Feb. 17

Dylan Robert Banks, 29, seattle municipal court animal mistreat warrant, DUI, controlled substance knowing possessing fentanyl, driving while license suspended 3 rd degree, controlled substance knowing possessing methamphetamine. $7,500 bond or $7,500 cash bail through other court. $25,000 bond or $2,500 cash bail through District Court.

Jean-Francois Friocourt, 65, controlled substance knowingly possessing methamphetamine. $5,000 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Makoto Cavalier Ohki, 18, rape 3rd degree, reduced charge: assault 3 rd with sexual motivation. Good time release date Feb. 20, 2024 at 6 a.m.

Feb. 18

Ian Robert Auxter, 19, obstruction law enforcement officer, harassment, criminal trespass 1st degree. Held without bail through District Court.

Sara Rene Robinson, 35, DUI felony, hit and run unattended vehicle/property, ignition interlock driver license violation. $100,000 bond or $10,000 cash bail through District Court.
