Feb. 7

Ethan Michael Shaw, 19, obstructing law enforcement office, assault 2nd degree, resisting arrest, assault 3 rd degree attempt. Good time release date Feb. 18, 2024 at 9 a.m.

Feb. 8

Frank Dylan Benavente, 23, attempted 1st degree assault, attempted reckless endangerment, attempted criminal trespass 1st degree, attempt carry concealed pistol no license. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Kerry Lamont Arnold, 47, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance amphetamine/meth. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Ryan Fredrick Wolf, 38, warrant. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash through District Court.

Jovani Vladimire Barrios-Peralta, 27, unlawful imprisonment, assault 4th degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Feb. 10

Cole Ramon Berry, 44, use and possession of loaded firearm, knowingly possessing meth, firearm possession unlawful 1st degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Janel Elizabeth Hale, 20, assault 4th degree. Held without bail through District Court.

Christopher Andrew Russell, 42, criminal trespass 1st degree. Held on $500 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Feb. 11

Lacey Michelle Bang, 39, driving intoxicated under influence liquor and drugs. Held without bail through District Court.

Joseph Osias Robinett, 44, warrant whitman superior court assault 3rd domestic violence. Held on a $500 cash bail only through Superior Court.

Feb. 12

Terrance Nelson Jennings, 34, DWLS 3rd degree, warrant. $5,000 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Tyler Larsen Gene, 28, spokane county superior court second degree burglary, third degree theft, warrant, spokane municipal court resisting arrest. Held without bail through other court.

Brian Lee Woodbury, DWLS 3rd degree warrant. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.
