Jeanine Christine "Mouse" Cox

Dec. 3, 1967 - Jan. 28, 2024

Jeanine passed away January 28th at Pullman Regional Hospital after a brief illness.

A life-long resident of Colfax and Pullman, she will be missed by many friends, acquaintances and family. She was creative, clever, and a lot of fun, and was very proud to have graduated from Pullman High School.

Jeanine always had a ready smile, gave great hugs, and was a big fan of Mickey Mouse! She was active in several community and religious groups in the Pullman area over the years and enjoyed meeting and helping people. She was a great swimmer and enjoyed attending exercise classes with her friends.

She is survived by her mother Ruth Cox, brother Tim Cox, sister Aileen Krohn, and her close friends and housemates Lori, Daphne and Rachel. Her father Kenneth Cox preceded her in death.

The Cox Family would like to thank LMK Inc. for providing the care and support necessary for Jeanine to live a full and independent life. The caregivers and support staff were a second family for Jeanine and played crucial roles in her happy life and accomplishments.

Thanks also to Pullman Regional Hospital and the doctors, nurses and staff who provided Jeanine with excellent personal care during her illness.

Corbeill Funeral Home in Colfax is handling arrangements, there will be no services.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, please support Boxtops4Education, a favorite charity of Jeanine's over the years, or Pullman Regional Hospital. And give your friends & family all the hugs you can – she would love that!
