Feb. 2

Chris Eric Steiner, 52, driving intoxicated under the influence of liquor and drugs. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Feb. 3

Jackson Jesse Ashdown, 44, controlled substance knowingly possessing methamphetamine. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

Patrick Lowen McCormack, 37, assault 2nd degree strangulation. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Steven Myles Moore, 19, theft 2nd degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Osbaldo Rodriguez Cruz, 22, driving intoxicated under influence liquor and drugs, driving while license suspended 3rd degree. $25,000 bond or $5,000 cash bail through District Court.

Feb. 4

Kenneth Bradford Gillaspie, controlled substance knowingly possessing methamphetamine, driving intoxicated under the influence of liquor and drugs. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.
