Vatalia Del-Rose Oatman, a girl, was born Feb. 1, 2024, to parents Anessia Scott and Vanace Oatman, Kamiah, Idaho. Paternal Grandparents are Judy and Carl Oatman Sr., of Kamiah, Idaho. Maternal Grandparents are Roy and Natalia Scott, of Moscow. Vatalia joins sister Anai Rae, 3, and brother Forest, 2, at home.
