Public Works faces road, staffing issues

COLFAX — In the regular Whitman County Commissioners meeting on Monday, Jan. 29, Public Works Director Mark Storey and Operations Manager Brian Wilson updated the commissioners on the ongoing issues concerning road restrictions, technical personnel struggles, taking on building inspecting responsibilities for Colton and improving Solid Waste facilities.
