Payton Davis of Oakesdale signs her official letter of intent on Monday, Nov. 6.
OAKESDALE - The Oakesdale Nighthawks star outside hitter Payton Davis has signed her official letter of intent to play volleyball for Central Washington University.
Davis signed her letter in front of friends, family, and the entirety of the Oakesdale school district on Monday, Nov. 6.
The event was also live streamed on the NFHS Network.
Davis, a senior for the Nighthawks team, has been with Oakesdale since 8th grade. Davis led the team to back-to-back state championships, and is currently competing for a third straight state championship.
